Calls several times a week - calls arrive at approx the same time each evening around 8:00 PM central time. Phone rings 4-5 rings always just short of the answering machine picking up.  How do they get away with calling when I am on the government and state do not call lists?

I worked for this company for 2 days. I left and never went back even for my paycheck because I was fearful for my safety. To this day, they have not paid me one cent and are taxing me. When I requested my paycheck, they harassed me, and intimidated me. I have never been treated so poorly.

They are the scum of the earth! I could not sleep for a week after I worked there because I felt the way they did business was SO SO WRONG. They hire convicted felons who are supposed to be under house arrest. The managers there come in sick with hangovers, puking in garbage cans throughout the day. Everyone who works there looks like they have murdered someone. I am not going back to request my paycheck again. I will now be forced to seek help through the department of labor.

DO EVERYTHING YOU CAN TO SHUT THEM DOWN!!!!!

Perhaps you will learn how to write and spell during your time with
this rotten company. You have the literacy of a 3rd grader.

Tender I believe in giving others a chance but those who receive this hand up should better themselves, not as yourself taking time to post about this place. Learn about the 'caps/shift keys'  and dude you should better yourself by updating your grammar and spelling, and 'cuz' is not a word. Bet you could pull your pants up even. Not everyone dresses like a convict

If you work here can you explain why we receive numerous calls a day that just hang up?  As a place of business this is very frustrating because I  can't just ignore the call when I see it on caller id.

Sorry you feel that way.  I currently work for the company and stuck around long enough to really come to like it.  I think its great they hire folks with a criminal record.  It shows that some places do offer second chances at life's tough choices they once made as criminals.  I am not a convicted felon; however, I do get along with most of my colleagues.  I stick to myself, put in my time, and go home every week with a paycheck.  Its not the best living, but its an honest one.

You stick to yourself while working with felons... Hmmm... sounds like you are in prison to me. Wait until they hire someone (clepto) and stuff starts being missed. I bet your thoughts will change at that time.

Oh there is horrible people that work there.    And people who steal things from your station daily.    The workers are rude and are from prisons they pay horribly.   This place acts one way but it the complete opposite.    I lost my job for not repeating a question that was already asked once in the script.   I didn't last two weeks.    Lost newspaper continued subscriptions because I was asked by the customer why I had to ask the same questions multiple times.     So unless your a felon and fit in with the rude loud foul mouthed employees. You wont last. They seem to be the cream of the crop at that place.  Dirty in slippers and pajamas smelly and major bed head.     And why the constant calls.  If your system lets you hear the ringing they say let it ring 3 times and move on and they get tossed back into the system to call again and again.     My advice pretend to be the person they ask for and discontinue anything.

I'm 6 years late to this party, but I would rather work with felons than your high-and-mighty self.   Look, nobody loves receiving telemarketing calls. Folks who work in a call center would probably prefer to work some different if they had the choice. But the reality is they have extremely limited employment options. And folks with felonies are typically stuck in a cycle of poverty because of it. And when you are chronically impoverished, relentlessly judged by bozos like you, and largely dismissed wholesale, can you imagine having any motivation to "be better" left? And I'm not saying this forgives their bad behavior, but we would be far more effective criticizing the systems that fruited this clusterfucked business model than blaming individuals.

Any person with smarts knows a real call center either is from them or states they are calling on behalf.   There is also a closing sentence that legit centers use that give names and numbers.     For people to call to verify truth to the call.    Graven Austin and Drake is a scam
