Calls several times a week - calls arrive at approx the same time each evening around 8:00 PM central time. Phone rings 4-5 rings always just short of the answering machine picking up.  How do they get away with calling when I am on the government and state do not call lists?

    oh and not to mention those complaining cannot even leave a name where i am not afraid to!!!!!!!

    I have requested to be added to their internal do not call list (already on the Federal DNC list) at least 35 times... just this month alone I requested it on 7/7, 7/11, 7/17, 7/19, 7/20 and 7/24 yet still get robo-calls (which, by the way, are illegal regardless if you've done business with the company in the past) several times a day.  I have reported them to the FCC multiple times and filed a complaint with the BBB today.  Let's see if that works.

    This company says they are an 'outbound call center" and they are trying to reach me to verify my address for some free magazines that I receive.   This sounds legit and it is possible that we might be mis-characterizing this group.  ?  When I called they took my number and said they would put it on the do not call list.

    I get calls from Graven Austin (719-247-5588) daily. Why do they keep on calling me? It's really a bad business to be out there to call people everyday and pissing them off. I hate Graven Austin!!! Someone need to shut them down.

    What good is there in being on the "Do Not Call List"?  I have listed my land line phone, and 2cell phones, and still get calls from numbers we do not know on all our phones.  Thank goodness for Caller ID....we just don't answer any of these calls.....but what a nuisance!!!     Lately we have been getting this Graven Austin call several times a day........also get several calls from "Out of Area" and also from "1-800 Number"  Give up, folks, we are not going to answer......

    I'm at the reception desk where I work & answer the phone. Every day, at least 1-2 times, they call. As soon as I see Graven Austin & just lift & hang up the receiver. I don't even waste my time. Unfortunately for us, the do-not-call lists are not 100%.

    I worked there until I could get back on my feet. I understand how people would be quick to judge a felon when we were convicted that's what comes with it. I am now working as a consultant and Gravin is far in the past but it was a place that gave me a chance. I'm a veteran and I will move into the house I'm purchasing this summer. I have learned many lessons from my journey, first thing I learned is anyone can go to jail or prison. I met all kinds of people in prison many had issues and problems you could only imagine (or maybe you can't) and many came from privileged homes and families, Second, you can't control your past but you can control your future. To the people who work there and they are trying to make it back remember keep your head up and stay focused and don't worry about what other people are saying only you know what's in your heart. I'm sorry some of you feel you are being harassed but your number got to Gravin from somewhere, a company you dealt with or are dealing with, an email asking for information you sent or even one of those slips you filled out in the grocery store for a free trip. The easy way to get rid of those calls is to listen to the script and at the end say, "Thank you I'm not interested." If the agent is doing their job that's the last call you'll get from that offer.     So if it's such a respectable company and so on... tell me...why do they call my business 3 times within an hour and hang up? No respectable company that's trying to "renew" or sell something would do that. Trying to defend a company that calls another company to just hang up is pathetic.

    Was in a parking lot. A car pulled in behind me with what I would call a "fake government license plate." Didn't look official so I was able to maneuver and drive away. I figured if he was "for real" he would follow me and I would pull over. Personally, I think it was a scam to scare. Coincidence maybe? When I got home I started getting calls from 719 270 9456. No message left. If I got to the phone on time I suspect that there would have been a "fear scam call asking for money. If you are legit please leave a message or get out of your car.

    Glad I visited this website - I too have been getting constant calls - taking out the land line.   why arent these people arre3ssted for harrassment?

    Since she obviously had our number business name owner name address what we do, why all the detailed questions about products we use like don’t like customer base all for a “free” magazine.  This is major scam season so beware do not give out any info no matter how small and insignificant you may think it is. It could be the one thing they can use to build a new you with.
