Calls several times a week - calls arrive at approx the same time each evening around 8:00 PM central time. Phone rings 4-5 rings always just short of the answering machine picking up.  How do they get away with calling when I am on the government and state do not call lists?

    I'm not against anyone working. However I am seriously disgusted at the fact that the FCC allows this company to ignore Do Not Call Lists. It's real simple to because it is not one I recognize, but how do I stop the repeat and almost daily calls. How about it FCC......Do what you are paid for start monitoring these kind of companies and assess a penalty every time they ignore the registered Do Not Call for a telephone number.

    We too get several phone calls a day,what is the use of having unlisted phone numbers if these knuckleheads keep calling and aggravating ,we had calls from a Kingston that we're simliar to these calls to calling several times a day. If someone can stop them it would be appreciated!!!

    Just to let you know- Graven is a 3rd party contractor who is hired by various magazines to do their renewals. If you are on the federal and state do not call lists... they can still call you because you have a subscription to their magazine... If you would answer the call and tell them you aren't interested... the calls would stop... Use your heads people

    Well most the time when that happends, when theres no one there when you say hello... its because sometimes the phones get messed up there to where you cant hear anything.... uhh dont you know technology makes mistakes too. Deal with it..its thier job.

    I have been receiving calls near 8:00 p.m. I did answer and was hung up on. I called back and got a voicemail telling me to leave my name and number to be on their no call list. I wonder how they got a cell phone number.

    I too have been receiving these phone calls many many times a day for about a month.  I have caller id so I do not answer these calls but they are very annoying.  I am on a do not call list but I continue to get these phone calls.  Please take them down.

    If the company calls, and gets an answering machine this gives them the OK to call someone special in your area to break into your home since you are appearently not home.  They are definitely calling to reach a machine.

    This number is on my caller ID every friggin' night and I don't understand how this place got my number.  The FCC needs to do something about these people; unbelievable!!!!

    Who are these people?  No one is ever on the line when you answer and when My husband called back he got "the voice mail box is full".  We do not subscribe to any magazines so why are they calling?

    STOP HITTING REDIAL -- AREA CODE FIRST!!
    The only thing worse than an incessant robocaller is having stupid people hit redial instead of dialling the full number that's calling them and "hanging up". As a result, having the same first 7 numbers of these robo-b@stards, I get the joy of listening to dozens of people calling me to complain and threaten me for Graven's BS. Getting tired of explaining to ignorant people how to use their phones. Time to change my number I guess. Can't somebody shut down these a$$holes?

    I worked there for 1.5 months and they were good to me.  The reason they can call you if you are on do not call lists is because you have signed up for something from one of their clients, so you are considered a customer and will receive phone calls until you request to be put on THEIR do not call list.  Hope this helped.

    You can't prosecute them.  They only call people who are already customers of their clients, therefore the do not call list does not apply to them.  I worked there for a while and learned the ropes.  just passin the info on.  If they call again, just request to be put on THEIR do not call list and they will go ahead and put you on there.

    I also have received calls from these people and I'm supposed to be blocked from such calls.  How do they get away with this.  Thank goodness, I have caller ID!
