Calls several times a week - calls arrive at approx the same time each evening around 8:00 PM central time. Phone rings 4-5 rings always just short of the answering machine picking up.  How do they get away with calling when I am on the government and state do not call lists?

    Why hasn't someone put an end to the calls this lousy company makes?  There has to be some way to stop them.

    I have no problem with employing people with criminal records...it's the annoying calls with which I have a problem. I will call them on Monday morning to lodge my complaint. Thanks for the information.

    What does this company do?  I get the phone calls every night, no answer.  So why are they in business?  Doing or selling what?  What are these people employed to do?  Call and then not speak to anyone, seems to be very odd.

    I've gotten a couple of calls from them. I have a friend with the last name of Austin and I think it is them and have answered it a couple of times. There is no one there. If you call the number they say "you've reached Graven, Austin and Drake's Do Not Call Line, please leave your name and number!" They must be kidding. Leave my name and number!!! Anyone know what they want or what they are selling?

    Who are these people?  I have calls a couple time a day, several times a week.  It is most anoying!  What is it that these people want?  I too am tired of the calls.  How do we stop them?

    Obviously this company hires felons......they're idiots. Somebody has to be stupid enough to harass the fellow tax payers that can vote.

        Of course felons can vote - they can do anything they want.... like harass people at all times of day and night.  A reason one is a felon is because they feel they can do anything they want..... I too am on this site because of a uninvited phone call!

    i agree with several of yall, if they call me one more time i will be sueing the ever loving piss out of them, my number is a business phone for only people who have been givin the number it is a private number and i never gave these [***] my card, so to you who work for this company, call me again and you will pay my bills for the rest of your working life cause i will be retired and living off of your paycheck when i sue the piss out of you. now stop calling, and your message say for me to tell you my number, you already have it cause you keep blowing my phone up.

    the people there are not idiots its there job they are only do as told if you want them to stop calling PICK UP THE PHONE AND TELL THEM TO PUT YOU ON THERE DO NOT CALL LIST  it will take 48 hours to kick your number out of there systom but the calls will stop i worked there and have never had a felony but this is how they work if you just dont answer they will just keep calling so want it to stop answer you phone and say thanks but no thanks but please put me on the DO NOT CALL LIST

      I didn't work for this company in particular but one pretty similar. I have similar feelings, if you don't want to be called, be an adult and answer the phone and tell the person to stop calling you and give them your info so they can correctly get you out of their system. You people just make things so much harder than they should be. Grow up and put on your big kid pants.

        I don't have choice about answering the phone.  They are calling my office phone and don't leave a message.
        I'm rarely in the office but when I get a phone message the system pages me. I'm getting 2-3 pages a day.  I've tried calling back 7192193885 but never can reach a person.  I'm near to CO Sprgs
        so I think I might have to walk in the front door.  They will have a hard time hanging up on me if I'm in the lobby.

    So I've been getting calls for the past couple weeks from these people...they are calling me from 4153669005.  I live in CA so it looks local, come to find out it's not.  i just answer and say hold on please and walk away from my phone.  Next time I'm going to listen to all their crap, act like I'm interested, waste their time, ask more questions and then ask them to hold on and see how long they wait.  You waste my time, I waste yours.

    I live in Tennessee and this company calls twice a day almost EVERYDAY!!!!   How do you get them to stop!!!!!!!!!!!   I have called their HR department left my number on their Do Not Call and sent them e-mails but NOTHING works!!!!!!!!!

    I had an interview today, I arrived about 20 minutes early, waited for 40 minutes and a young lady tells me she hasn't any record of talking to me, after speaking with her about 2 minutes we arrive to the conclusion that someone else spoke to me on the phone and made the appointment and took me around to the other persons desk and I sat there for around 10 minutes waiting for them to come around. When this other young lady does finally get back to her desk, she states she called me the day before and left a message stating that the position was filled. Of course I have no voice messages from this number...she couldn't remember who I was, nor the position I was there for....but she called me to say the position was filled...Wow!

    I filed an FCC complaint, just take a few minutes: http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm, and choose the third radio button down: Telemarketing, etc. I also called the number given above: (719) 548-9292 and spoke to a woman who was reasonably professional and accommodating. She immediately told me that she would put me on their do not call list. (I've also called 719-219-8335 to automatically have my number added to the do not call list, just covering my bases. I did not leave my name, just my phone number. I'm not giving them info that they don't already have.) The receptionist wasn't able to answer any of my questions about WHY I'm getting these calls or why they would call and leave no message. But she wasn't rude. She said that they mostly handle magazine subscriptions. I recommend the FCC complaint action. Easy to do.
