    Be careful if you hire car from Europcar they will charge you an admin fee if you receive a speeding fine and they wont tell you they just take it out of your credit card then they send you a letter to inform you of what they did.

    waiting for 2 hours
    Service from europcar is poor. Waiting for 2 hours to pick up your car is way to long. Staff from # europcar is slow unfriendly and not adequate to do the job. One office, staff of 3 has noting to do and other office only staff of 2 has to handle 20 clients.
