I signed up to pay .95 to do a look up with Intelius. They charged me $4.95 and then I find a charge on my Visa card for this 24 Protect Plus. I did not order this. This is outright fraud. How can these scumbags get away with this? Where the hell is the FCC?

Keeps calling and hanging up after the second ring. We are not interested and they want a credit card number over the phone which we do not give out on the phone or otherwise. If someone can let us know if this company is valid or a scam it would be appreciated.
