was billed $35.62 from merchsale.org from my debit account on behalf of a company called 12x movies that i never even heard of... they are currently refunding the money... but we will see...if i have to , i will call clark howard and put the word out.

When I called to get an RMA# - the customer service guy was very polite & then sent me a confirmation via email for returning the UNAUTHORIZED SHIPMENT & THE CHARGE TO MY CC. They make it so easy to sign up for the FREE TRIAL - at this time I even want to return the FREE TRIAL because it is a SCAM.
