Unsolicited Phone Calls

I received a text from this number 800-928-0352 stating" Application Center, this is an automated center stating your ATM card has been suspended..." I do not have a membership there.

The same as what I have read a few minutes ago, unwanted calls all hours of the day and evening, you would think they would get the message when we don't answer or hang up on them! and I just called and told them to remove our number and they hung up on me!

This number has been calling my house over and over. It is supposedly a collection agency from Macy's. This cannot be the case since I have not used my Macy's card in years. I think it is a scam.
