Unsolicited Phone Calls

Why is it that they constanly call all day. After q while it just gets so annoying and just wish that they would stop calling my home. But the most disturbing part is that they know your name. How the hell would these people get you name? One that is freaky and i just want it stoped now!

Today I got nearly 30 to 40 missed calls from cell no 09490815631. Kindly look into the matter.
