Yesterday a phone # 1-855-763-0456 called and said they were from Premium Tech Support and wanted an ok to let them into my Internet system, I refused (they had me type in support.me and my computer screen said not to do this), I didn't.
Now this morn at aprox 8:30 I had a call from 267-354-8119 claiming they were from Premium Tech Support, I hung up and they called back and I told them to stop bothering me and I hung up again. How do they get your phone # and email address?  BEWARE!!!

I somehow got to this companies advertisement. Looked at the ad and it seemed legitimate. So, i paid the 19.97 thinking that my computer would have improved. When it tells yous to call the "855" number to activate the service and the technician will set it up for you. Yeah, NO, I am sorry to put it this way but the lady was obviously middle eastern or indian with a strong accent. She accessed my computer remotely without my permission and started running different tests to look at what was wrong. The she said that they could fix all of the problems BUT I would need to pay them 299.00! I told her no way. Then she began to verbally "bully" me into buying continually saying "...you are at a high risk for someone to steal your information, dont you want to be protected from that happening?" I said i dont want to spend 299.00 for a computer that was only 200.00. Then all of a sudden she dropped the price to 129.00.he verbal bullying continued. I told her that I did not have that kind of money to put in a low priced computer. Then without saying ,you are a liar, kept saying who doesnt have that money, you just dont want to and you must or you will be hacked. So, she continued, then she said we can let the technical dept. look at what is wrong and jus tell them that you will pay at a later date. Eventually the call ended. Today, I called to get a refund and I will get my money back in 5 days. Just be aware. There was no way to know that this was going to happen. Goodluck!

I paid for a service with Premium Technical Support and it was a grave mistake.  After the first 6 months they continued to call and try to get me to paid for a longer contract.  They simply would not take no for an answer.  I had Staples computer techs wipe off PTS from my computer.  However, they continue to call me for the last two years claiming someone is trying to hack my internet and they need me to go to my computer, and with their help, fix any issues.  They will not take no for an answer.  I am rude and swear at them but they continue to call.  I have blocked a few of their phone numbers, but they appears to have a hand full of other numbers.  My only problem with them currently is their insistence calling.  I cannot help thinking that they have no happy customers.  Premium Technical Support is bad news!

Well, it appears that I am the most recent sucker. About three months ago I allowed them to convince me that  "hackers" were trying to use my network. They convinced me to allow them to access my system remotely. They then proceeded to show me IP addresses (at least they said they were)  "Hackers". After I gave them $299.95 they left me alone… For three months. They called back and said that there were additional  "hackers" using my network. At this point I realized I was being milked for additional money. The only "hackers" using my system with the ones that I let  in. I then received calls every day until I blocked the number on my phone. Well, they just used a different phone number. Today I received a call saying that the company was bankrupt and that they were going to  refund my $299.95, I just needed to allow them remote access to my computer again. I did not, and will not. I consider the $299.95 as what it cost for me to wake up. They have now told me that they will call me every day. I am sure there will be more to come…

I see that many of us were scammed.  I feel so very stupid  for believing them.  They still call me.  They said I was hacked  to get into porn site and dating services.  Even put porn pics on my screen.  They got me hook line and sinker. They called me again saying I have a refund.  They were transferring the refund into put my acct.   They saw my acct again.  They added an extra zero.  An error on their part.  They were giving me $1,000 for my cooperation, but could I sent $3,000 until the total was amount .  That  finally alerted me.  The money they transferred into my acct was my own money from my other acct. that they saw

Got a message on my computer to that says to call 1855-253-8267 and the message said "Do not turn off your computer" and the would be damage Error # 3658cd7fblab665 . The screen has Microsoft Logo on it. And without thinking twice I call this number and let them into my computer. They looked around my computer  and said my virus software is no longer working but they can fix it for me for a certain price. I told them I have premium support from Microsoft, and they search around and said the Microsoft store where I purchase my computer only does sales, and they dont have engineers to fix my computer problem, I started to suspect them and asked they if they were not Microsoft, and he said they are Microsoft associate. He kept asking me to buy the online fix and also their security system. I told them no. Since I let them into my computer, I am not sure what harm they have done or if I can continue to use the computer. Any advise?

Do not talk to these people, they are scammers.  They want in your computer to steal all your information.  If it pops up on your computer just shut it down, it will not hurt your computer it is a scam.

This "company" has called me 5 times today claiming there is a problem with my Apple "cloud" account.  Inviting one to call (855)218-9579, or press 1 to speak to a representative. Except for the first (when I simply hung up) I spoke to their representative each time advising them that I have no such account, that I am on the federal Do Not Call list, and NOT to call me again.  They claim to be part of Apple, operating out of Pakistan.  Is there any way to prosecute these scams?  They just keep calling.

Received "Robo-call" from "Molly" at Apple Tech support saying my i-cloud account has a security breach (I don't own any apple devices).Robocaller called from (253)825-7139, MESSAGE GAVE OPTION TO CALL (844) 757-2610 to speak to a customer service rep.....I played along. Calling this number got me to "Premium Technical Support" where a man with and Indian/Pakistani accent answered the call. I continued to play along...... I asked if I could speak to "Molly" he said she was not there. I asked "Where is she? " He said "Pakistan!" and hung up... I called again several times, just to waste his time, each time he answered to a different "client" asking about his company, how they know I had a security breach, what the weather is like in Pakistan.. OH WHAT FUN !!!
