dish network is worthless they wouldn't cancel my service when I asked , continued to charge me then when I asked if I should send back then old and outdated equipment they said no only to turn around and bill me for it , I will NEVER use them again they are terrible

Always repeating same thing for the whole month, I wish they can be more innovative and do something to satisfy us customers.

Dish Network installed 3 brackets on my roof in the wrong location. The technician who did a follow up visit acknowledge that. I am still trying to get my roof repaired brand new roof. With so many complaints it may be time for a class action lawsuit.
