    Unauthorized billing charges and adding upgrades without customers aurtherization.
    Direct TV has been adding sports channels and insurance on cable boxes without aurtherization. Also, every month I have to spend at least an hour to straighten the charges out only to find next month that the charges have been put back on the next month.
